Sarah's Kitchen, formerly The Bakery on West Exe North, is now owned by Sarah Churchward Reay, former Hotel Inspector for Visit Britain and a Corden Bleu Chef, having trained at Tante Marie School of Cookery, which is now owned by Gordon Ramsey.

Sarah is fulfilling a life long ambition to work for herself, having managed and been head chef at Lindeth Fell Country House Hotel, which is located in the beautiful English Lake District.

The shop sells freshly baked bread, which is delivered daily from Bawdens in Bampton.

We also have pasties, pies, Danish pastries, and a wide variety of tray bakes, biscuits and sticky buns, as well as delicious sponge cakes.

A selection of Miles Tea, Coffee and Hot Chocolate are available to buy and also to takeaway.

If you have a special occasion and need a cake decorated, you can view our gallery of celebration cakes on Facebook or browse through the albums we have displayed in the shop. We are more than happy to chat to you on what suits your taste and your design - the quirkier the better!
