Nestled parallel to the River Exe, Bickleigh Castle is a grade-one listed building nestled in the heart of Devon, just 15 minutes from the motorway and easy to reach from Tiverton Parkway Railway station, easily accessible to all local and international major cities.

If you are looking for a peaceful, restful or romantic break, you have come to the right place. Listen out for the calming sound of water rushing over rocks and the morning choir of the wild birds in the trees outside your room.

Our Devon accommodation suits parties of all sizes and has WiFi for our guests’ use. The picturesque location has inspired many a writer, poet, artist and historian and it really does ‘take you away from everything’. You will enjoy staying in one of our cosy cottage style rooms & The Tudor suite is in the Castle itself!

Bickleigh Castle offers Bed & Breakfast all-year-round in traditional thatched cottages overlooking the courtyard. We can accommodate up to 40 guests in a variety of rooms and suites.

The Tudor room has a large and elegant four-poster Tudor bed, it provides the perfect sanctuary following a wedding, birthday or other celebration.
